By participating in the Epic Adventure Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Giveaway Sponsors

This Giveaway is sponsored by:

(Collectively referred to as the “Sponsors”.)

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins upon launch and ends on December 31 at 12:00 Midnight (MST) (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, agents, or immediate family members of any Sponsor are not eligible to win.

4. How to Enter

To be eligible, entrants must complete ALL of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

Submit the official entry form on the Sponsor’s landing page.

Like the Epic Real Estate Team Facebook Page.

Like and share the official Giveaway post with friends on Facebook.

All steps must be completed for the entry to be valid. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

The “Epic Adventure Experience” prize package may include lodging, recreational activities, RZR rentals, golf passes, and other items as described in promotional materials.

Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be substituted unless determined by the Sponsors.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

The winner will be announced Monday, January 5th, live on: The Epic Real Estate Team Facebook Page, and Christian Duncan’s personal Facebook Page

The selected winner must reply within 72 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in an alternate winner being chosen.

7. Publicity Release

By entering, participants agree that the Sponsors may use their name, image, voice, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Participants agree to release and hold harmless all Sponsors from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation or prize usage.

9. Facebook Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, nor is Facebook associated with this Giveaway.

10. General Conditions

Sponsors reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway in the event of technical issues, fraud, or any factor that compromises fairness or integrity.
